New shareholder for LIPPERT-UNIPOL

With effect from 14.7.2006 LIPPERT-UNIPOL has a new shareholder and becomes a member of the international group:

JASON / JacksonLea Division, USA.

With this change in ownership, LIPPERT-UNIPOL will be part of an industrial group concentrating on the same core business in the field of surface technology, in contrast to the former shareholder: FUCHS PETROLUB AG, Mannheim - a concern operating in the mineral oil industry. 

The new constellation can only be to the advantage of our business partners; since it opens doors to an even more extensive range of surface finishing products and services. Customers will profit from comprehensive know-how and decades of experience, all from one source. Established products, well proven formulas and an experienced team of sales and applications engineers, guarantee the continuation of top quality solutions to meet specific demands.
